Chime Central finance team has recently installed IBM TM1 Enterprise across the Group, and is looking for a Junior Finance Systems Analyst to support the Finance Systems Administrator. The role would be a central point of contact across the Group, responsible for administration and maintenance of TM1. This would involve setting up users, companies, reports and completing weekly and month end roll over processes.

This is senior and part-time role (approximately 1 to 2 days per week) which sits within the HR function in Chime Central The purpose of the role is to oversee and manage certain core talent and development areas across the business including:

• Strategic development of bringing new talent into the business;
• Graduate programme strategy, development, management and recruitment;
• Strategic development of an apprenticeship scheme and assistance with scheme management;
• Identifying internal training opportunities for Chime’s Internal Training Scheme.
