Netflix tasked CSM with generating a buzz around hit show Ozark’s Emmy nominations, by creating a fun, engaging and visually exciting pop-up campaign.
Instead of a typical billboard, drawing inspiration from the drama, we fabricated three Money Laundering Mats to wash novelty bills.
The pop-ups were created to celebrate Ozark’s Emmy candidacy for Outstanding Drama Series, Jason Bateman for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series, Laura Linney for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series, and breakout star Julia Garner for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series.
Fans and passers-by were truly wowed with this surprise & delight instagram-moment on Melrose, at The Grove & the Lakeside Car Wash in Burbank throughout the week. The campaign received a large volume of foot traffic, and garnered over 110M impressions to date, with a standout feature in Variety magazine.
