Chime Insight & Engagement is a full service insight consultancy providing fresh ideas and research that inspire  action and change.  We are commercial thinkers, not just data providers, specialising in customer experience, brand and communication, corporate reputation and employee engagement.

As the Chime Insight & Engagement team is continuing to expand we have the need for enthusiastic insight detectives who are skilled at distilling data into clear and actionable stories for our clients. You will be a quantitative specialist with an appreciation of qualitative methods – a willingness to join up insight from multiple projects for the client will be crucial.

Working  predominantly on a key challenger financial service brand on a range of new projects (consumer and B2B),  you will be responsible for producing client ready outputs, including engaging reports and presentations, infographics, interactive workshops as well as building strong relationships with the client through regular project related contact and engaging a wide range of stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for managing Executives and Graduate Trainees within the team, so the ability to coach and mentor juniors in best practice will be a key part of the role.

You will have a minimum of 4 years quantitative experience working on customer experience programmes under your belt and a good understanding of managing commercially successful projects. You will be skilled in best practice in research design, analysis and generating strategic insight to meet clients’ objectives.

You will have great people skills and work confidently with clients, suppliers and internal teams. You will be confident in coaching and mentoring a team to ensure each project is delivered to the highest quality.

Able to produce high quality research inputs and deliverables you will have strong analytical, written and presentation skills.  You will have creative flair to produce engaging stories and deliver impactful communication. You will be ambitious and hungry to learn from our diverse experts within the team and get involved in spotting new business opportunities and writing proposals.
