Chime Insight & Engagement is a full service research consultancy providing great insight and fresh ideas that inspire change.  We are commercial thinkers, not just data providers, specialising in customer experience, brand and communication, corporate reputation and employee engagement.

As the Chime Insight & Engagement team is continuing to expand we have the need for enthusiastic insight detectives who are skilled at distilling data into clear and actionable stories for our clients.

Working as part of a new team you will have the opportunity to lead key accounts with fantastic clients across diverse sectors, including financial services, healthcare, sports and media.  You will be responsible for running commercially successful projects, from proposal and design phase right through to delivery, and for building relationships with existing and prospective clients.

You will be responsible for providing strategic direction and day to day support to our team of talented insight managers and executives, so a willingness to lead and inspire is crucial.

You would ideally have experience of using both quantitative and qualitative techniques – we don’t like working in silos and we expect our teams to be able to link up projects for our clients regardless of methods.

We have a track record of bringing insight specialists from the client side into the agency and would love to hear from those with some client-side experience who can help develop the commercial and strategic skills within the team.

You should be a confident and experienced insight professional with strong account and people leadership skills.  You need to be able to translate client conversations into strategic recommendations and direct and inspire a team of Insight Managers and Executives to deliver high quality insights.

With a combination of qualitative and quantitative techniques under your belt, you will also have experience of innovative techniques and be keen to experiment with new ways of working.  You should demonstrate excellent presentation skills and be able to visualise and communicate insights in a compelling way to different audiences.

You will be ambitious and want to build on your existing business development experience to help grow the team.
